1. You need to have at least 6 villagers and an open plot on your island (Not in boxes) for a new villager to move in

Q: “Where can I find my order number?”
You can find your order number in both the confirmation email and your account page.
Q: “I ordered bells, but received gold nuggets.”
Bells are delivered as gold nuggets and royal crowns to speed up delivery. To receive the full amount of bells you ordered, sell them directly to Timmy or Tommy.
Note: Avoid selling them at the Drop-off Box, as items sold there will only fetch 80% of their value.
Q: “How can I catalog an item?”
Simply picking up the item automatically adds it to your catalog. After this, you should be able to order it through Nook Shopping.
