A: Add items to your cart and complete checkout. Then, click the chat icon on the lower right of the website and send us your order number and Dodo Code via live chat. We'll deliver your order to your island within 5-10 minutes! ⏳✨
Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email sent to the email address you used during checkout. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder or other email accounts you may have used. 📧

Usually, delivery occurs within 5 minutes, though it might take a bit longer during peak times with high order volumes. Rest assured, our delivery team is always on standby and ready to assist!

1. You need to have at least 6 villagers and an open plot on your island (Not in boxes) for a new villager to move in

2.💬Message us your order number through our live chat here. The Dodo code will be provided within 5-15 mins.
3. ✈️Fly to our island and follow our staff to the villager's home. Go in and invite the villager to move to your island 😊

Bells are delivered as gold nuggets and royal crowns to speed up delivery. To receive the full amount of bells you ordered, sell them directly to Timmy or Tommy.

Note: Avoid selling them at the Drop-off Box, as items sold there will only fetch 80% of their value.

Do gifted critters or fish count toward my achievements?

No. Achievements like the Nature Preserve require you to personally catch and donate critters or fish. Gifted critters and fish will not update your achievement progress.

Simply picking up the item automatically adds it to your catalog. After this, you should be able to order it through Nook Shopping.
